I reserve the right to change the Terms from time to time; your continued use of the site following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check to determine whether the Terms have been changed.

I exclusively own and control the Site. You agree that use or access to any or all of the content on the Site does not, standing alone, create any sort of representation or future promise. Copyright to all artwork, including paintings and prints, posted on the Site is retained by me and cannot be resold or reproduced without my written permission.

SITE MANAGEMENT

I do not guarantee that the Site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programs and platform to access the Site and you should use your own virus protection software.

THIRD PARTY APPLICATIONS

The Site may contain links to sites or applications operated by third parties. I do not have any influence or control over any such third party sites or applications or the third party operator. I am not responsible for any third party sites or applications or their availability or content.

ARTWORK

Artwork listed on the Site may be withdrawn from sale at any point for reasons such as, but not limited to, sale elsewhere or withheld for exhibition display. Prices may be updated on the Site and the current price is the one reflected on the Site at time of purchase.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES AND TERMS

Additional policies which also apply to your use of the Site include my Privacy Policy. If you purchase artwork from the Site, terms contained in the Purchasing and Shipping section will apply to the sale.

CHOICE OF LAW AND VENUE

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia without regard to any conflict of laws. For any dispute relating to this Site, the sale of artwork on this Site and/or regarding these Terms you agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of British Columbia.
